Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)

TAT was developed in 1993 by Tapas Fleming, a Licensed
Acupuncturist in California. She was doing allergy work
when she came up with a wonderful new way to help her
patients end allergic reactions and traumatic stress.
Over the years, Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) has
been used hundreds of thousands of times by individuals
world-wide to achieve their goals of better health and
greater happiness.

In short, TAT is good for ending stress, especially
traumatic stress, freeing a person of allergic reactions,
gaining self-confidence and a positive outlook on life, and
attaining empowerment. Indeed, there are many ways to
describe the results of TAT. Integration, harmony, peace,
unity, connectedness, relatedness, oneness and
wholeness are a few of the terms people have used to
express how they feel after a TAT session.
TAT eliminates emotional pain, distorted beliefs, and
physical symptoms effortlessly. It  affects many levels of
healing all at once - body, mind, and soul. It is highly
effective in healing allergies and past traumas. This
works by bringing up and clearing traumatic memories
from the stored places in the body and mind and life
experiences. Through the different stages it changes the
energetic relationship to internal and external stimuli.
Eliminating symptoms without conscious awareness of
what is being cleared.
I liken this technique to a form of meditation. By simply
placing your fingers on a few facial/head points, you stay
in this pose for a few minutes and allow healing to
happen.
